Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Gear
Carefully place the instrument in its original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, tags, and included accessories are inside to qualify for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the gear, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
